Payment
Please note that deposits are non refundable and non transferable to other dates or vehicles. The balance of payment due, can either be paid by credit/debit card over the telephone, at least 1 week prior to the journey date or alternatively should be paid in cash to the chauffeur at the point of the first pick up Cancellation
All cancellations should be made in writing at least 1 month prior to the journey date. Cancellations made after this date will be subject to a 50% charge if received up to 2 weeks before the journey date, 75% charge 1 week prior to the journey date, and 100% charge after this point. Your attention is drawn to the section below entitled ‘passenger behaviour’ Please note that the person named on the limo hire contract above takes ultimate responsibility for all passengers, and for any reimbursements for damage or soiling to the vehicle(s) Period of Hire
The chauffeur can only agree to extend the above hire period if punctual arrival to subsequent bookings is not compromised. Additional local drop offs are at a rate of £10 each, and additional waiting is at a rate of £1 per minute, chargeable from 15 minutes after the stated pick up time. Additional hire fees must be paid to the chauffeur in full before the final drop off point.
